A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY MAYOR JAMES GORDON, JR. AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR THE CITY SKILLS TRAINING PROGRAM

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 70, Series of 2006 authorized the City Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) for the Olongapo City Skills Training Program;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Edwin J. Piano, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to ratify, as it hereby ratifies The Memorandum Of Agreement Between The City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. And Technical Education And Skills Development Authority For The City Skills Training Program.

RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that the signed Memorandum of Agreement be attached to this Resolution
